The Senior Landscape Architect will have 10-15 years of experience and be passionate about creating dynamic and resilient places. This role involves working on a broad range of project types, including parks, open spaces, commercial spaces, amenity centers, and urban areas.
Responsibilities:
- Lead design and construction drawing set production across various scales and project types.
- Manage projects, staff and teams to deliver exemplary built works with technical proficiency in all landscape architecture aspects.
- Participate in all project phases, from concept to construction administration.
- Master's degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture.
- 10 years of professional experience. Licensure preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Land FX, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software.
- Experience in managing projects and teams.
- Licensure in the state of Florida preferred.
- Experience in Revit is a plus.
