Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and implement detailed project plans, setting clear milestones and objectives for successful project completion.
  • Operations Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for all operational activities, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between all parties involved.
  • Procurement Management: Oversee the timely procurement of long lead items, manage supplier evaluations, and negotiate contracts to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Status Reporting: Regularly document and communicate project status, identify obstacles, and provide resolutions to management and stakeholders.
  • Multi-Project Management: Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong working relationships with all levels of management and stakeholders, ensuring clear and respectful communication.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of project management experience, with a background in business process management, purchasing, and supplier evaluation.
  • Certification: PMP certification is preferred.
  • Leadership: Self-motivated and team-oriented, with proven leadership skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage various stakeholders.
  • Work Flexibility: Ability to work on-site and maintain regular attendance and punctuality.

Preferred Skills:

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Risk Management: Experience in identifying and managing project risks.
