Talent Depot is Hiring a Talent acquisition coordinator Near Tampa, FL

What YoullDo

  • Supportrecruiting processes including scheduling phone video and onsiteinterviews and reserving conference rooms for interviews withaccuracy
  • Coordinate interviewscheduling including availability logistics special arrangementsetc.
  • Prepare offer letters anddistribute offer packages for new hires including the collection ofrequired preemployment paperwork and I9 documentation ifapplicable
  • Coordinate all requiredpreemployment procedures for new hires and temporary staff (i.e.background check appointments & status monitoring and drugscreening exams)
  • Assist with newemployee onboarding activities such as communications with newhires request for information providing information to IT andsecurity as needed
  • Serve as anadministrator of application trackingsystem
  • Create and maintainrequisition files
  • QA and reviewrequisitions assigned within your businessunit
  • Responsible to track thespecial payments (i.e. signon employeereferral)
  • Assist with design developmentand implementation of improved processes and procedures for theoverall recruitment function
  • Sourceidentify and recruit potential candidates for various programs suchas summer internship positions the pipeline program temporary staffand some fulltime positions cross multipledisciplines

Requirements

AdditionalQualifications

  • Bachelorsor associate degreepreferred
  • 13 years ofrecruitment support experience customer service administrative orrelated work experiencepreferred.
  • Ability toeffectively communicate policies and information knowing when toescalate questions orissues.
  • Excellent attention todetails and accuracy of data ability to prioritize and followthrough onrequests.

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Accounting or related fieldrequired CPA or EA, preferably Minimum 7 to 10 years of experiencewith a public accounting and / or professional services firm or lawfirm
