Job Title: Construction Project Manager – Commercial Grocery Builds & Remodels

Location: Azusa, CA

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects, with a focus on retail grocery store builds and remodels. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of project management experience in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Supervise and collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Highly preferred experience in building and remodeling commercial retail grocery stores.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Procore.
• Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
