Position: ARGO Senior Business Analyst

Role Overview: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and ARGO development teams, leading requirement management, analyzing business needs, and ensuring quality documentation. Collaborate with various teams to deliver ARGO platform implementations as per best practices and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business/functional requirements.
• Review and ensure quality of artifacts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for ARGO implementations.
• Provide resolution for ARGO platform validation issues.
• Participate in testing and provide post-implementation support.
• Create and maintain detailed requirement artifacts.

Required Skills:

• Experience in Retail and Commercial banking, ARGO teller, and Sales & Service platform implementation.
• Knowledge of ARGO platform parameterization, customization, and integration.
• Experience with ARGO implementation and migration programs.
• Basic understanding of Agile, Design Principles, and Banking Architecture.
• Familiarity with Cloud, Omni-channel, DevOps, REST, and SOAP APIs.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Leadership experience with technology teams.
