Job Description
Establish, maintain, and implement the Change and Release Management process for Financial Applications like Oracle E-business suite, SaaS applications (e.g. Coupa, Zuora)
- Hands on experience in fin tech audit and compliance roles
- Implement measures to safeguard the production environment through robust Change and Release Management procedures.
- Ensure the use of standardized processes and procedures to handle changes efficiently and minimize incidents caused by changes.
- Maintain an IT Change Calendar that includes a forward schedule of all planned changes.
- Manage, coordinate, monitor, and report on change activities, ensuring adherence to established processes.
- Audit and drive continuous improvement of the Change and Release Management process.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless operational service delivery.
- Serve as a focal point for escalation and communication activities between users and IT teams, ensuring effective and efficient execution of change activities. Highlight and escalate risks and issues to management.
