• The client is implementing a process change to insurance workbench to incorporate new technology technology workflow.
• They have a whole agile team that is responsible for the creation and delivery, so the hired resources would focus solely on support communication and change implementation.

Project Specifications:

• UW Workbench is one building block of the client-centric digitalization of insurance processes, with the purpose of orchestrating and integrating insurance- and underwriting-specific functionalities, thereby empowering its users to perform their tasks more efficiently and effectively.
• For underwriting, the Workbench will be the system of interaction across submission and policy, and the system of record for submission.

Required Experience:

• Resource must possess a strong background in Project Management/Change Management (Non-IT, 3-6 years experience).
• Resources do not necessarily need prior experience in the insurance field. Need to have strong capability and proven skills in creating plans; communication; PowerPoint; reporting; presentation; liaising with and effectively showcasing progress, data, and plans to senior stakeholders.

Other Skills:

• Need the ability and comfort level to prepare senior leadership presentation materials and discuss.
