Storage Engineer Austin, TX (Day one on site) work from office 3 days a week Full-Time

Detailed JD:
This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Enterprise Block and File Storage infrastructure. They will also be responsible for incident management as it relates to the SAN/NAS Storage infrastructure and performing advanced troubleshooting of complex system issues, working with various Storage vendors in timely and efficient manner to prevent business impacts.

Experience and Skills:
Strong Experience with administration of various SAN and NAS storage architectures such as Client Data Systems, Pure Storage, Brocade and Cisco SAN switches, Dell/Isilon , NetApp FAS/E-Series, and Oracle ZFS Storage Appliance
Experience with replication technologies to ensure our business continuity is stable
Able to effectively navigate various OS such as Linux RedHat/OEL, SUSE Linux, IBM AIX, Solaris, and Windows
Experience with LAN/WAN networking schemes such as DNS, ACLs, TCP/IP and OSI model
Experience with DevOps scripting languages such as Python and Bash
Experience with Ticketing system tool such as ServiceDesk
Competencies in Major Incident Management
Knowledge of using system monitoring/alerting tools
