Contract Duration: 6months with extension.

Available Shifts:

First shift –Tuesday-Saturday 9 AM to 5:30 PM EST (including one late login and out in a week 10:30am – 7:00pm)

Second Shift -Tuesday-Saturday 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM EST (For training, need to be flexible and work first shift hours)

Role:

This roles involve supporting clinical research activities, managing data and specimens, ensuring protocol compliance,

and providing communication and coordination between various stakeholders involved in clinical studies.

Interacting via email and phones with sites in our studies.

Working with participants samples from sites that have problems and need resolution from the site.

Completing the paperwork to send out samples that are received in error at Laboratory. Communicating with our project managers, logistics department and supplies department.

Working in our database daily on resolving exceptions that trigger from samples needing further data. Utilizing Microsoft Excel when working our exceptions.

Must have: Data Entry, Customer Service, Microsoft Office.
