Job Title: Credit Collections Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a Credit Collections Specialist responsible for managing credit approval and collection activities. The ideal candidate has experience in credit limit recommendations, handling special credit arrangements, and managing problem accounts. Strong skills in analyzing accounts receivable, aging of accounts, and collection procedures are required.

Requirements:

• Call invoice contacts, chase payments, and address issues for real-time payment over the phone.
• Utilize spreadsheets and designated systems.
• Prefer candidates with collections or sales background, resilient in phone-based cold calling.
• Advantageous to have technology or software background.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficient in Spanish
