Salary - 75-85K

Location - will be traveling withing the Cambridge/Newton, surrounding towns

My client is looking to interview and hire asap! They are looking for a well rounded support engineer to service customers in the Boston area.

Job Description

• This Field Service Engineer will be responsible for: Daily logging of tasks and activities via JIRA Service Desk
• User and device onboarding
• Providing end user support for various applications
• Participation in team meetings and collaboration for upcoming projects
• Providing onsite support for hardware and software upgrades
• Providing prompt and courteous resolution to user requests and issues
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with PC hardware and software, printers, notebooks, Macs, iPads, and mobile devices
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and macOS
• Experience with Active Directory
• Experience with security and protection tools, antivirus and malware detection and removal
• Knowledge of Windows Server, VMware, and Citrix desirable
• Must own a reliable car and be able work remotely and independently
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
