• 5 Years of experience in data entry & office administration.
• lead a team of 3 Data Entry/Administrative Specialists working to digitize paper records
• Minimum of 35 wpm.
• Ability to accurately enter information into a computer, accessing information from a computer, and verifying information on a screen.
• Recording and managing prior authorization requests
• Updating authorization records in the system
• Responding to incoming calls from providers and recipients
• Offering basic policy details to callers
• Utilizing resources to retrieve information
• Facilitating call transfers to appropriate dental unit staff as needed
• Maintaining organized records of incoming requests and inquiries
• Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow
• Providing exceptional customer service to all callers and visitors

Job Type: Contract

Salary: Up to $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
