We are looking for both First and Second shift. Below are the work hours and Tuesday to Saturday.

• First shift – 9 AM to 5:30 PM EST (including one late day of 10:30am – 7:00pm)
• Second Shift - 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM EST (For training, need to be flexible and work first shift hours)

Required Skills:

• Accurate data entry skills with intermediate computer skills including variety of computer software developed both in-house i.e. Microsoft Office.
• Places calls to the investigator sites delivery sponsor alerts, voice alert values, and any other critical values.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and time management skills
• Strong client and phone service skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to support quality decision making
• Good written and oral communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Interacting via email and phones with sites in studies.
• Working with participants samples from sites that have problems and need resolution from the site.
• Completing the paperwork to send out samples that are received in error.
• Communicating with project managers, logistics department and supplies department.
• Working on database daily on resolving exceptions that trigger from samples needing further data.
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel when working our exceptions.
