Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to SAP SD or MM modules.
- Design and configure SAP SD or MM solutions to meet business process requirements.
- Lead and participate in SAP implementation projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Provide expertise in identifying and resolving complex SAP SD or MM module issues.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and project stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and alignment of deliverables with business needs.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, and training materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst with SD or MM Module Functional Consultant.
- Proven experience managing SAP implementation projects from initiation through to completion.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SD or MM configuration and integration with other SAP modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a strong plus.
