Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Senior Server Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Exchange and Proofpoint solutions. This role involves managing server infrastructure and enhancing email security using Proofpoint technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Server Management: Design, maintain, and optimize server infrastructure; manage Microsoft Exchange servers.
• Proofpoint Administration: Administer and manage Proofpoint Email Protection and related modules; perform upgrades and maintenance.
• Email Security: Implement and manage email security policies; analyze and respond to security incidents.
• Security Administration: Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Technical Support: Provide advanced support for server and Proofpoint issues; mentor junior engineers.
• Documentation: Maintain documentation of configurations and procedures; generate performance and security reports.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 7 years in server engineering; 3 years in Proofpoint administration.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, network protocols, email security protocols, and scripting languages (PowerShell, Python).
• Certifications: Preferred certifications include Proofpoint Certified Security Professional, MCSE, CISSP, M365, Azure Solutions Architect.
