Job Description

Looking for Talent Acquisition /Human Resources support staff who will be working on onboarding approx. 5,000 new employees from the 2 hospital acquisitions which the client is purchasing (sale pending)

• Skills & ExperienceMust be familiar with new hire documents, i.e. payroll forms, direct deposit, I-9, verifying IDs
• Entering Background check and CORI forms electronically
• Familiar with or the ability to learn how to use a scanner and a laptop computer
• Strong Data entry skills
• Someone who can handle confidential information
• Workday experience preferred not required
• Tiered experience (meaning we are open to candidates with 1 years and 10 years)
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Organized
• Must Have QualificationsEducation: Associates Degree
