You will be responsible for helping users troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, answering inquiries about our products, and providing excellent customer service. This is a remote position, giving you the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound emails, chat messages, and phone calls from customers in a timely and friendly manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our products by providing clear instructions and guiding customers through the process.
Document and track all customer interactions and provide thorough and accurate notes.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address and resolve customer issues.
Proactively engage with customers to gather valuable feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Keep up-to-date with product features and updates to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
1 year experience in a customer service or technical support role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear and concise instructions.
Proficient in using customer support tools and systems.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
