Seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our team! You will work in multiple settings such as clinics, skilled nursing facilities, home health, and more.

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage all acute, chronic wounds, surgical wounds, and dermatologic wounds
• Change dressings
• Perform medically necessary debridement
• Establish plan(s)of care and work within protocols established by the medical director
• Accurately performs physical examinations on adult patients with acute and chronic wounds
• Assess, diagnose, and manage chronic conditions for the patient population
• Communicate with the Primary Care Physician (PCP) or office staff regarding any changes in the patient's condition
• Provides individualized patient teaching and counseling

Qualifications:

• Recent experience as a Wound Care Nurse (not just post-surgical/one-time but ongoing care)
• Recent experience with Chronic Wound Care Procedures like debridement, packing, etc.
• Nurse Practitioner License
• Must be able to pass all background checks
• Reliable transportation
