About the Role: Our client is looking for a Tax Manager that will be responsible for applying their knowledge and experience to identify and understand potential tax issues and recognize and communicate tax risks and opportunities. This position will require you to implement complex client solutions for tax planning, preparation, and compliance. In addition, you will be advising clients on tax structuring and the implications of proposed transactions, evaluating and selecting alternative actions to lessen their tax burden and cost of compliance, while acting as the primary client contact. As a Manager there will be more review work, respond to notices.
