SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
As a Sales Executive you willbe responsible to support the Sales manager in promoting andselling a range of Decorative products to new / existing / specifiedpotential customers by utilizing Jotuns sales tools and techniquesto develop strong customer relationships to achieve budgeted salesgross margin DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and with the aim ofincreasing Jotun market share and profitability.
This Position will report to the Area Sales ManagerDecorative Retail.
Responsibilities :
Introduce promote and sell Decorative products to allocatedcustomers and geographical territories through regular dealersvisits to maintain good relationship and obtain market information.
Promote decorativeproducts by coordinating marketing activities and campaigns toachieve sales budget.
Have astrong followup on collection as per assigned targets to ensurethat company working capital conditions remain healthy.
Liaise with the clientmarket and respond to enquiries introducing products services todealers / retailers and attending to customers complaints.
Followup on dealerswithin allocated geographical territories and ensure that our shopsreflecting Jotun identity and distribution strategy by coordinatingand monitoring closely with dealers & shop salesmen toensure JOTUN products are used and to achieve sales budget.
Ensure profitabilityof the company by selling high value products and increasing theretail network to create a good base in the Retail market.
To play central rolein developing and conducting Jotun Way programme which aiming toupgrade the competence of salesmen along with training for paintersin the territory

What We Look For :
Any bachelors degree.
1 3 years of relevantexperience in Retail Sales & Business Development.
Fluency in Arabic& English both verbally and written.
Location : Madinah Saudi Arabia.
