We've got an exciting opportunity for a stand-out Assistant Store Manager to take our **Number one Shoes Silverdale Store** to the next level.

**You'll relish this opportunity to multi-skill across multiple areas, as you:**

* Assist the Store Manager to develop and lead your team

* Constantly deliver excellent customer service

* Lead by example, meeting - or exceeding! - your sales and KPI targets

* Support and motivate your team to achieve targets and KPIs

* Meet the company's merchandising standards to drive sales and create interest

**Working alongside the Store Manager your responsibilities will include:**

* Delivery of excellent customer service

* Leading by example achieving sales and KPI targets

* Driving and motivating the team to achieve (if not exceed!) sales targets

* Developing and leading the team

* Merchandising to company standards to drive sales and create interest

* Store administration

* Being available to work up to 40 hours contracted Sunday to Thursday. To cover late nights when needed.
