Report to:
US Director of Accounting
Direct Reports:
2 Accounting Clerks
Compensation:
$110,000-$115,000 5% bonus
Relocation:
Relocation assistance provided in a lump sum.
Plant CONTROLLER
This progressive, growth-oriented manufacturing company, our client, is looking for an experienced Plant Controller who can drive the day-to-day accounting processes, internal controls, costing, and financial reporting for the company and its shareholders. As a member of the management team this person must possess strong organizational, analytical, technological and communication skills. This person must have the ability to work well with the management team involving internal cost accounting and management reporting, and financial, accounting, and administrative matters. Cost accounting, inventory accounting, and financial reporting are critical functions for this position.

This position is open because of growth, they are at $700MM-$800MM and shooting to hit $1B by 2025.

- Teams interview with Plant Manager and possibly additional members of leadership team.
