Talent Software services is Hiring a Client Services Specialist Near Chattanooga, TN


The Client Service Specialist will support the planning and execution of all advertising campaigns and marketing materials that effectively position the Client Client of Tennessee brands lines of business to sell, retain and/or promote company products and services. The Client Service Specialist should provide superior service to internal and external partners. The ability to work in a fast paced environment and to handle multiple projects at one time is key. The Client Service Specialist will immerse themselves in company culture, brands and industry to ensure excellence and brand consistency.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
The Client Service Specialists responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manages projects from creation to completion, developing and maintaining adequate controls, check points for project scheduling and follow-up, client presentation, reviews approvals, and cost controls.
Support the internal team members and outside agencies in planning and strategic development of annual advertising campaigns and marketing materials.
Work in conjunction with Advertising Manager to manage execution of all broadcast, print, out-of-home, and direct response campaigns.
Provide superior service by building relationships with internal clients, associated marketing departments, outside agencies and media partners.
Support our Advocates in the planning and coordination of community meetings and all collateral material needed for these events.
Actively participate in concept development and creative efforts internally and externally.
Ensure consistent messaging between advertising and other communication efforts.
Demonstrate time management and ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
Manage proofing process of all related communications as well as coordinating approval process with internal and external compliance and regulatory entities.
Plan scheduling process with advertising team, agencies and outside vendors to ensure all deadlines are met and all parties informed.
Responsible for keeping up with expenses, managing budget trackers, estimates, statements of work, purchase authorizations, Invoices and inputting purchase orders into system.
Stay abreast of new trends, techniques and best practices in marketing
Contribute to the overall growth of the department by meeting individual and group commitments to goals and objectives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as corporate brand standards, BCBSA, CMS, Government and /or Postal regulations as applicable.
Continuously evaluate projects to achieve client financial and business objectives
Development of project briefs
Manages weekly status calls/meetings updates
Manages trafficking with production team
Cultivates open, professional relationships with clients and diplomatic conflict resolution

Job Qualifications
Education
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Journalism, Communications or related field or equivalent work experience required.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years experience working for an external advertising agency, managing an advertising agency relationship as a client, or experience working for an in-house advertising department is required.
A minimum of 2 years project management, customer service or retail experience is required.
Experience with coordinating, planning and production of TV, radio, print, digital and social media as well as sponsorship events preferred.

Skills/Certifications:
Ability to understand and apply marketing strategies to all work.
Must be productive in a deadline driven work environment.
Proven ability to adapt and be flexible to change.
Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Powerpoint and Word.
Strong organizational, communication and project management skills.
Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
Ability to work with external and internal clients and present creative ideas to stakeholders to gain approvals.
Ability to manage multiple demands and timelines while maintaining a can-do attitude.
Professional attitude and the ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal and external clients.
Ability to have a flexible schedule, position requires weekend and weekday travel for business functions.
