Job Description: Hybrid
Job PurposeDevelops and executes recruiting plans and strategies for multiple positions; attracts qualified candidates and fills open positions with top talent. This position exercises judgment and exerts influence on relevant objectives and long-range goals of the organization. Develops solutions to a variety of problems of diverse scope and complexity while managing precedents; works independently.
Key Responsibilities
  • Sources and identifies candidates for open and pipeline positions using all available tools, including but not limited to the following: initial contact, HR interview, technical interview, and management interview.
  • Manages multiple clients and competing demands in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
  • Works closely with HR Business Partners/Consultants and hiring managers to understand the recruiting needs of the business; anticipates hiring needs and proactively identifies recruiting solutions to meet those needs.
  • Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, and other data pertinent to classification, selection and referral.
  • Develops long-term, realistic, sustainable staffing strategies that drive customer satisfaction and competitive advantage.
  • Screens and interviews potential candidates. Prepares ratings on applicants, makes recommendations on starting salaries, and provides applicants with relevant company information.
  • Benchmarks compensation externally, creates effective sourcing strategies, sources candidates, conducts competency-based interview, checks references and executes the offer process flawlessly.
  • Utilizes resources to maximize the strategic role of the Staffing function, and eliminates non-value added work. Focuses on continuous improvement and makes suggestions to improve the staffing process, policy and strategy.
  • Ensures the organization complies with laws and regulations as it relates to sourcing, recruiting and hiring.
  • Contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques and standards.
  • Focuses on the right metrics for success (e.g. cost, cycle time, quality of hire, etc.)
  • Effectively troubleshoot problems that arise in connection with recruiting and hiring.
  • Keep HR Business Partners/Consultants and hiring managers updated as appropriate.
  • Effectively interacts with all levels of employees, answering questions and providing information.
  • Establish and maintain processes to maximize resume tracking software.

Qualifications6 - 9 Years with BA and 4 - 7 Years with an MBA. Track record of success and customer satisfaction in a high-volume, multiple-client role. Computer proficiency and web-based recruiting/applicant tracking systems experience are a must; Outlook and Eightfold or CRM experience are a plus. Demonstrated attention to complex details, execution, and follow-through. Proactive, energetic self-assured professional with high personal integrity and the ability to develop good interpersonal relationships and effective communications at senior levels; proven track record of establishing trust and credibility with clients. Strong self-starter. Ability to work with limited supervision. Knowledge and practical experience with employment, HR, and immigration/legal. Strong customer-service orientation and experience of working effectively in a complex, multiple division or multi-site operation.
