Senior Technical - Product Manager. Please focus on the below for sourcing.
1. Co-create OKRs with business teams that drive measurable improvements to digital partner experience.
2. Facilitate workshop(s) to collaboratively define future state Gen AI and Copilot based scenarios across the partner/seller journey.
3. Review current pain points of the partner & seller using existing data (e.g., partner CPE scores, support cases, survey data, etc).
4. Conduct internal interviews, integrate partner feedback, complete qualitative and quantitative analysis to build a POV on prioritization of AI scenarios.
5. Develop future state partner workflows based on priority scenarios anchored to partner journey.
6. Work with technical leadership team to design high level technical architecture building blocks and systems design.
7. FOR THIS ROLE, PLEASE EMPHASIZE THIS: Must have technical depth in AI terminology and concepts and be able to design scalable, performant, and reliable systems keeping in mind org accountabilities, boundaries, and limitations.
9. Build proof of concepts if necessary to drive scenario validation. These will not be deployed to production.
10. Write business requirement documents & ensure stakeholder alignment.

Track record of driving business/product outcomes with objectives, key results, and facts grounded in data.
Ability to translate complex business opportunities into simple, marketable, and effective solutions.
Skilled at prioritization, driving strategic alignment in a matrixed organization, creating order, and driving concise, actionable executive-level insights and calls to action.
Demonstrated track record of creating repeatable best practices for planning & prioritizing business requirements.
Ability to articulate both business and technical value of business requirements to senior business and technical decision makers.
