Working with Sponsor and sending summaries after review meetings. Being able to adapt to the numbers, etc. 3. Understanding of marketing and program/incentives Hard Skills Assessments •Expected Dates that Hard Skills Assessments will be scheduled: ASAP •Hard Skills Assessment Process: The assessment process will include Sponsor and 2 people from their team. 30 min each HSA •Required Candidate Preparation: Candidates should have resume reviewal prepared prior to the assessment. Summary: This role will perform program and project management related to the GPS overall leadership metrics, rhythm of business (ROB) with the GPS Field, and overall business reporting. Job Responsibilities: (will be updated once Antoine meets with contractor services rep) •Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities. •Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients. •Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence. •Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects. •Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures. •Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
