Job Overview:

The Operations Manager will oversee the business-wide operations for the US, enhance operational processes, and create efficiencies to support growth and customer satisfaction goals. Reporting to the Head of Global Operations, this role is crucial in managing the logistics, properties, and transformation projects in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Improvement: Develop and improve systems, processes, controls, and procedures to boost efficiency and customer delivery.
• Logistics Management: Oversee operations for retail, wholesale, and online channels ensuring timely product dispatch.
• Property Management: Manage all US properties and offices, including the fit-out and delivery of new locations.
• Strategic Oversight: Direct the supply chain, logistics, stock, and inventory management in the USA.
• Transformation Projects: Lead the implementation of US-based transformation initiatives.
• Team Leadership: Manage a team of specialists and mentor junior team members.
• HR Program Implementation: Deliver the US HR program.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of operations experience in a multi-channel business.
• At least 2 years of experience in a high-growth environment.
• Preferred experience in luxury fashion or retail.
• Exceptional attention to detail and highly structured.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and results-oriented.
• Strong commercial focus to achieve business growth goals.
• Experience in team management and development.
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree.
