Title: Account Manager and Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a key client, providing strategic workforce solutions.
• Develop and implement customized staffing strategies to meet client needs.
• Offer insights and guidance to client leadership to support long-term growth objectives.
• Design and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to attract top talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Conduct proactive outreach to maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
• Organize and coordinate on-site job fairs at client locations and in-house offices.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize strategies and report findings to internal teams.
• Continuously monitor client needs and industry trends to deliver exceptional staffing services.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of staffing/recruitment experience
• Account management and leadership experience
• Bachelors/Associates degree
