Customer Service Representative
Pay Rate: $26.00 - $28.00/hr
Schedule:40 hours/week
Shift:7:30am - 4:30pm or 8:00am - 5:00pm (Tues-Thurs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Handle routine and complex customer orders using SAP and other systems.
- Customer Advocate: Exceed customer expectations, anticipate future needs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- System Execution: Utilize multiple systems (e.g., SAP, Elemica) for order processing and problem resolution.
- Problem Solving: Lead conflict resolution and make decisions that enhance customer success.
- Teamwork: Develop and share expertise, prioritize conflicting needs, and improve processes.
Qualifications:
- Experience:1-2 years preferred.
- Education: BS Degree preferred (Agriculture or Business-related field).
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office and SAP, strong communication, and teamwork skills.
