Position Overview :

As a Service Coordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring our service operations run efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve a variety of responsibilities that keep our projects on track and our customers satisfied.

Key Responsibilities :

• Scheduling Expertise: Efficiently manage customer appointments, assign technicians to jobs, and ensure all details are in place for successful service delivery.
• Technical Proficiency: Utilize your strong understanding of computer and software systems to source and order parts and equipment, track deliveries, and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Communication Champion: Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, handling customer and vendor inquiries, ensuring clear communication, and keeping all parties informed.
• Organizational Acumen: Maintain meticulous job files, manage shipping and receiving with precision, and ensure complete documentation for accurate billing.

Qualifications :

• Scheduling Experience: Previous experience managing service schedules and technician assignments in an industrial setting is highly desired.
• Computer and Systems Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a strong understanding of CRM, inventory, or ERP systems is a distinct advantage.
• Cloud-Based Collaboration: Ability to navigate cloud-based storage solutions (such as Google Drive) with ease, ensuring efficient folder and document management.
• Independent and Proactive: Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of processes and thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Adaptable and Multifaceted: Comfortable shifting between office and shop settings, demonstrating the ability to handle diverse tasks and situations.
