About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Territory Manager to join our dynamic team at our growing Commercial Maintenance Company. As a Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and ensuring exceptional service delivery within your assigned territory. In this role you would be playing a key role at ARM by delivering exceptional client relationship management, team leadership, and strategic planning to meet and exceed revenue and service quality targets. Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive territory management plan to achieve sales and service goalsIdentify and prioritize target clients, industries, and geographic areas within the territoryContinuously monitor market trends, competitive activities, and potential business opportunitiesMaintain strong relationships with existing clientsProactively identify client needs and propose customized maintenance solutionsResolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional mannerRecruit, train, and manage a team of Service Coordinators Set clear performance goals and provide coaching and support for team membersFoster a positive and collaborative work environmentDevelop and manage the utilization and efficiency metrics for the territoryMonitor financial performance, analyze key performance indicators, and make data-driven decisions to optimize resultsMaintain accurate records of service delivery speed, client interactions, and track aging ticket resolutionPrepare regular reports, forecasts, and analysis of territory performance for upper management Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent 5 years relevant work experience)3 years of proven success in territory management and team leadershipStrong understanding of commercial maintenance services and industry trendsExceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsGoal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-drivenProficient in using CRM software and other sales toolsKnowledge of relevant regulations and safety practices in the maintenance industry is a plus
