Talent is Hiring an Industrial Electrical Project Manager Near Dallas, TX

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the installation of manufacturing equipment in industrial food and beverage facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, manufacturing equipment installation, and a thorough understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Site Management: Oversee all on-site activities during the installation process, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and electricians. Provide guidance, resolve conflicts, and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify potential issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Ensure timely resolution of technical and logistical challenges.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and final project deliverables. Provide detailed reports to senior management and clients as required.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure projects are completed within financial parameters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the food and beverage industry or a related manufacturing sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing Industrial installation projects.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing equipment, processes, and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements in the food and beverage industry.
