Sigma Defense is seeking a former Naval Officer or Chief Petty Officer with Combat Systems management experience to fill the Technical Integrator (Aviation) position as part of the Distributed Training Architecture Support (DTAS) team at Tactical Training Group Pacific (TTGP) as a Navy Aircrewman Technical Training Specialist. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in Combat Systems training configuration, operation, maintenance, and management to support TTGP's mission of providing advanced tactical training to deploying ships and strike groups through Fleet Synthetic Training (FST). This role offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge Live Virtual Training initiatives and enhance the Navy's capabilities. Key responsibilities include joining a team of Technical Managers, Subject Matter Experts, Equipment Technicians, and Equipment Operators in configuring and operating the Fleet Battle Lab and Modeling & Simulation Control Centers, Synthetic Training Event Planning, Integration, and Execution, BMD Systems and Training Support, Tactical Data Management Support, and Executive Agent Support. Requirements include holding an active, DoD-issued Secret security clearance and a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an unspecified discipline. The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 annually. Candidates must be citizens of the United States and possess 6 years of Combat Systems management experience as a Naval Officer or Chief Petty Officer, or equivalent, supervising combat systems configuration, operation, maintenance, and repair. Additional qualifications include experience in Strike Group, Fleet, or Major Training Command, Systems Testing Command, or similar military organizational planning, and experience operating a Naval Aviation Simulator in FST or equivalent complex architecture.
