Job Description

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Administer prescribed medications accurately and safely, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to help patients develop coping skills and manage their symptoms.
• Respond to psychiatric crises and provide immediate support to patients in distress.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options.

Requirements

• Minimum Experience: 1 year

Required Licenses & Certifications

• BLS
• RN License
• CPI or MOAB
