Hourly Pay: 17 $/hour
Duration of Contract: 6 -months with possible extension.
Hours of operation of 5 AM-7 PM seven days a week flexible with working possible early mornings and/or weekendsJob Duties:Serve as a primary contact for inbound customer inquiries via telephone, Internet, and e-mail transmission.
Provide customer service assistance for all internal and external customers.
Answer customer questions related to orders, RMA's, product availability, pricing, etc. via phone and/or email.
Process orders in Oracle ERP. Process RMA request in Oracle ERP.
Maintain required quality levels for phone and data entry activities.
Follow pre-defined procedures to identify, evaluate, solve, and escalate customer issues.
