- Liaison Role: Act as the primary point of contact between business operations and technology teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of business needs.
- Healthcare Focus: Leverage extensive knowledge of healthcare insurance and reimbursement terminology to effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Project Management: Focus on the digital call box automation tool, driving solutions that meet the needs of the operations team.
- Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with development teams to address and resolve operational requirements, ensuring the successful implementation of solutions.
- Agile Environment: Utilize Agile methodologies to manage and execute project tasks efficiently.
- Testing Environment: Participate in and contribute to the testing environment to ensure robust and error-free solutions.
- Systems Architecture: Apply a solid understanding of systems architecture to guide development and integration efforts.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst in the healthcare sector.
- Healthcare Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare insurance and reimbursement terminology.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with JIRA and familiarity with Agile project management tools and methodologies.
- Testing & Architecture: Experience in a testing environment and a good grasp of systems architecture.
- Location: Must be based in Charlotte, NC (CLT) or Dallas, TX.
- Availability: Available to work through the end of February 2025.
