Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and integrity-driven HR Admin who is bilingual in Spanish to join our team. This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and compliance of I-9 and E-Verify entries for onboarded candidates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in onboarding and verifying employment eligibility documentation. This position involves auditing I-9/E-Verify entries, correcting discrepancies, and collaborating with HR teams across various properties through email and phone communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed audits of I-9 and E-Verify entries to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Verify that all information entered into the E-Verify system is correct and properly documented
• Follow up with property HR teams to check and confirm the accuracy of submitted information
• Communicate with hiring managers and HR teams to address and resolve any issues related to I-9/E-Verify entries
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of I-9 and E-Verify regulations and best practices
• Ensure all onboarding processes adhere to company policies and legal requirements
• Provide training and support to HR teams on proper I-9 and E-Verify procedures
• Maintain high-level integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both Spanish and English
• 1 year of experience in handling I-9 and E-Verify processes, including TNC and FNC processes
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with hiring managers and HR groups
• High level of integrity and self-motivation to execute tasks accurately and ethically
• Experience working with HR software and systems from companies like UKG, ADP, Paychex, or similar

Pay:

• $21 - $25/hr

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 8am - 5pm - (some schedule flexibility)
