Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for navigating complex loan documentation? We're seeking a Loan Processor to join our team and support the meticulous handling of loan documentation duties for moderately complex loans. As a vital member of our organization, you'll ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, guaranteeing accuracy and efficiency throughout the loan processing and closing procedures.
Position Overview:The Loan Processor will be responsible for interpreting loan documentation policies, analyzing applicant and property information, and coordinating all necessary verifications and documentation. Working under the direction of the Loan Documentation supervisor, this role involves managing an assigned pipeline of loans, and collaborating closely with various functional areas to ensure seamless loan processing.
Responsibilities
  • Perform loan documentation for moderately complex loans, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Interpret loan documentation policies while analyzing applicant and property information, ordering required verifications, documentation, and conducting follow-ups
  • Process and close loan products in adherence to established guidelines
  • Manage an assigned pipeline of loans, offering guidance and training to other Loan Documentation team members
  • Interact collaboratively with immediate team members and functional areas on routine processes
  • Receive guidance from the Loan Documentation supervisor and escalate non-routine questions appropriately
Qualifications
  • 1 years of Loan Processing/Documentation experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling loan documentation
  • Proficient in inbound/outbound call experience with strong telephone etiquette
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid team environment, fostering collaboration and teamwork
  • Microsoft Office skills with the ability to navigate multiple screens and computer systems
Pay:
  • $19.53 /hr
Location:
  • Tempe, AZ or Chandler, AZ
  • Hybrid in-office
Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
