About the Role

We are seeking a Scrum Master/Business Analyst with a technical background to support the development of Discharge Assistance Planning software. This role involves a dual focus: aiding the Project Manager with Agile frameworks and performing Agile Business Analyst duties to enhance the development process and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

1. Project Management Support:

   • Assist the Project Manager in driving time-boxed iterations (sprints).
   • Support in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and scrum board administration.
   • Help in removing impediments to ensure smooth project flow.

2. Agile Business Analyst Duties:

   • Analyze business domain initiatives to identify epics and feature requirements.
   • Assist the Product Owner in developing and managing the product strategy.
   • Maintain and groom the product catalog.
   • Break down user stories into Minimum Viable Product (MVP) components.
   • Ensure the development team understands the larger business picture.
   • Convert business requirements into business process flows and functional requirements.
   • Serve as a Proxy Product Owner as needed.

Skills Required

• Communication Skills: Ability to engage with various stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of the product vision and requirements.
• Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new and changing requirements and contribute effectively to the team.
• Knowledge of Agile Tools and Techniques: Proficiency in tools and techniques that facilitate Agile processes, backlog management, collaboration, and sprint/release reporting.
• Facilitation Skills: Ability to effectively run meetings and scrum ceremonies, ensuring they achieve their intended outcomes.
• Technical Knowledge: Beneficial but not mandatory; helps in understanding technical challenges faced by the development team.
• Scrum Framework Expertise: Subject matter expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools.

Certifications
