Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Agile Consultant to join our team on a contingent resource assignment. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in consulting on complex initiatives with broad impact, focusing on large-scale planning for Scrum or Agile methodologies. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and analyzing complex multi-faceted challenges faced by Scrum Masters, providing in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented situations.
As a Senior Agile Consultant, you will contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations, leveraging your solid understanding of Agile principles, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to ensure the successful delivery of projects. You will strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel, offering expert guidance to drive organizational agility and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact, offering expertise in Scrum or Agile methodologies.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted challenges faced by Scrum Masters, providing in-depth evaluation and strategic solutions.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex situations, ensuring compliance with Agile principles and organizational objectives.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to drive organizational agility and excellence.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in Scrum or Agile methodologies, demonstrated through a combination of work experience, consulting engagements, training, military service, or education.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, practices, and frameworks.
• Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex challenges in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated experience in driving organizational change and transformation through Agile practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification(s) in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Professional, SAFe Agilist).
• Experience working in diverse industries and environments, adapting Agile practices to meet specific organizational needs.
• Experience leading Agile transformation initiatives at the enterprise level.
• Proven track record of delivering successful Agile projects on time and within budget.
