Senior Business Analyst

Join a dynamic team dedicated to developing predictive models for regulatory concerns. This team’s mission is to analyze the outcomes presented by these models and determine their business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze data from various sources, integrating structured and unstructured data.
• Compile and organize datasets to enable analytics and storytelling of customer experiences, particularly in complaint handling processes.
• Develop and test hypotheses about trends and drivers of customer feedback, presenting findings through detailed and visually compelling presentations.
• Lead analytical projects, ensuring clear communication of objectives, tasks, deliverables, and timelines.
• Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail, documenting data and analytics processes, and validating findings rigorously.

Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience with SAS: Ability to understand, write, and work with predictive models (no development required).
• 6 years of experience with SQL (Teradata / SQLServer).
• Proficiency in ETL/ELT processes and data engineering tasks across multiple data sources.
• Expertise in optimizing SQL queries and dashboards for reporting.
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets.
• Experience in creating PowerPoint presentations for senior management.
• Python expertise is a plus.
