In this role, you will be responsible for servicing advisors who are subscribed to our in-house client reporting software. Your focus will be to provide exceptional customer support via inbound calls, addressing their queries and concerns with precision and professionalism.Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls from advisors subscribed to our client reporting software.
  • Address and resolve client inquiries related to the software's functionality, navigation, and data analysis capabilities.
  • Offer technical assistance to clients, guiding them through any technical issues or challenges they encounter.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather and relay customer feedback to improve the software's user experience.
  • Stay updated on the latest software enhancements and features to effectively educate and assist clients.
  • Document client interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately and comprehensively.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, always maintaining a positive and customer-centric attitude.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts and investment industry practices.
  • Prior experience in customer service or support roles, ideally within the financial industry or software domain.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using client reporting software or similar financial tools is a plus.
  • A collaborative team player with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
