- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and relay customer feedback to improve the software's user experience.
- Stay updated on the latest software enhancements and features to effectively educate and assist clients.
- Document client interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately and comprehensively.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, always maintaining a positive and customer-centric attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and investment industry practices.
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles, ideally within the financial industry or software domain.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using client reporting software or similar financial tools is a plus.
