Hourly pay for contractors will be $17.50/Hour
Hours will be Monday-Thursday 7:45 am-5 pm EST and Friday 8 am-1 pm EST with extended hours the week of Christmas until 7 pm (schedules will be adjusted prior)Do you have a passion for helping others and like the idea of supporting a branded play & entertainment company that creates toys and entertainment that make the world smile? We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will work under the direction of the Consumer Care Manager and be responsible for handling a broad range of methods of contact. You are equally adept at accurately documenting consumer issues while providing outstanding service. A strong customer service mentality and the ability to readily and positively adapt to change and innovation are required. We will train you on our products and systems.
Required Skills • Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Proven leadership skills
• Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Highly developed ability to communicate clearly, accurately and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of PC and Mac
• Ambitious with ability to prioritize strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment/ learn and adapt quickly in a demanding customer service environment
• Ability to accurately assess the entire situation to make an informed decision
• Minimum of 3 years in a contact center environment preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Bi-lingual/multi-lingual in French Canadian or Spanish a plus
Required Education Associates degree preferred or a combination of some college and equivalent work experience.
