This position will provide application operational end-user support including rotational afterhours on-call support. This position will be included on the implementation team of the state hospital's electronic health record project, referred to as ICM, and additional implementation teams for other state hospital initiatives/projects.

- Report writing
- Work with cross functional technology teams to determine best practice configurations, and workflows.
- read/analyze/modify technical documentation
- work with vendor(s) to facilitate implementation

- Application System Administration
- Crystal Reporting experience
- XML development
- SQL programming language
There will be a rotating on call schedule, one weekend every 3 months. Billable hours are at straight time.
