Our client in Mount Kisco, NY is seeking an Administrative Assistant to lead their team and oversee the day-to-day operations.
This position will be focused on providing day-to-day, high-level administrative support, as well as completing independent project assignments, to partners and multiple client service professionals. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: scheduling appointments, composing memos, performing research and creating proposals and presentations. The position requires the individual to be capable of prioritizing competing requests and needs of the partners and client service professionals in the office. This role also requires a very high level of professionalism in communicating with both external and internal contacts and the individual should have the ability to exercise independent judgment in such dealings. An advanced proficiency in administrative skills including communication and technology is required. Must be able to work in a rapidly changing environment and provide timely, high-quality and accurate work product.
The compensation for this position ranges from $50,000.00 - $70,000.00. Actual compensation will be dependent upon the specific role, office location as well as the individual’s qualifications, experience, skills and certifications.
