TalentCraft Life Sciences is currently partnering with a Life Sciences Non-Profit organization who are currently looking for an energetic Marketing & Communications professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing effective marketing and communication strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and support business goals. As a key member of their team, you will oversee all aspects of marketing communications, including branding, advertising, public relations, content creation, and digital initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote their products, services, and brand.
- Manage the marketing communications calendar, overseeing campaign planning, execution, and evaluation across diverse channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Supervise the creation of compelling marketing materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines (currently using Canva, Turtl, Google Suite).
- Lead integrated advertising campaigns across print, digital, social media, and events.
- Assist in planning and executing key Boston events.
- Drive public relations initiatives, including media outreach and thought leadership activities.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technology to inform strategies.
- Present company’s mission to stakeholders and attend partner events as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years in marketing communications, specializing in branding, advertising, and digital marketing.
- Proven success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies.
- Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ethical use of AI for content creation.
- Proficiency in digital tools, social media, email marketing, and web analytics.
- Strategic thinker with creativity and analytical prowess.
