Position Overview:

My client is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Retail Trainer to join their Sydney team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the retail environment and a passion for activewear. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to grow their career in retail and make a significant impact on the team and overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training & Development: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for retail staff, focusing on product knowledge, customer service excellence, and sales techniques.
• Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed in their roles.
• Continuous Improvement: Assess and identify training needs through regular observations and feedback. Implement ongoing training initiatives to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
• Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest product lines and industry trends. Educate the team on new product features, benefits, and usage.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail training, preferably within the fashion or activewear industry.
• Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire others. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of retail operations, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
• Passion: A genuine passion for activewear and a commitment to promoting a healthy, active lifestyle.
