The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities and contracts within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries to generate new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, the competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of staffing solutions that meet client needs.
• Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
• Represent Talentix Inc. at industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows to generate leads.
• Track and report on business development activities, pipeline, and results using CRM software.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the healthcare staffing or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record of successfully securing new business contracts and achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, including industry trends and regulations.
• Understanding of EHR (Electronic Health Records) and CTMS (Clinical Trial Management Systems) is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
