Our Ideal Candidate

Job Details
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm, occasional weekend work
  • Location: Bloomington, IN
  • Pay Rate: $20-$27/hr (experience-dependent)
  • Additional Benefit: Weekly $50 gas card reimbursement for travel
Electrician Responsibilities
  • Wire repair and replacement
  • Blueprint and schematic interpretation
  • Maintenance documentation
  • Troubleshooting functionality and safety issues
  • Installation of electrical systems
  • Inspection and testing of electrical components
  • Adherence to relevant regulations and codes
Electrician Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Romex running and conduit bending
  • Familiarity with PLCs is an asset
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
  • Experience with energy-efficient systems
  • Comfort with testing equipment and hand tools
  • Team player mindset
Hours, Pay & Benefits
  • Typical 40-50 hours per week with overtime potential

Job Requirements
  • Full PPE compliance, including hard hat, work boots, safety glasses, gloves, high visibility vest, harness, and lanyard
Education & Experience
  • OSHA 10- or 30-Hour trained candidates preferred
  • 2-3 years of electrical experience in residential, commercial, or industrial settings
  • Exposure to new builds, renovations, and historical projects
  • Associate degree in electrical technology a plus
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license
