Our Ideal Candidate
- Experienced electrician with a passion for quality work and problem-solving.
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm, occasional weekend work
- Location: Bloomington, IN
- Pay Rate: $20-$27/hr (experience-dependent)
- Additional Benefit: Weekly $50 gas card reimbursement for travel
- Wire repair and replacement
- Blueprint and schematic interpretation
- Maintenance documentation
- Troubleshooting functionality and safety issues
- Installation of electrical systems
- Inspection and testing of electrical components
- Adherence to relevant regulations and codes
- Proficiency in Romex running and conduit bending
- Familiarity with PLCs is an asset
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
- Experience with energy-efficient systems
- Comfort with testing equipment and hand tools
- Team player mindset
- Typical 40-50 hours per week with overtime potential
- Per Diem for travel assignments

- Full PPE compliance, including hard hat, work boots, safety glasses, gloves, high visibility vest, harness, and lanyard
- OSHA 10- or 30-Hour trained candidates preferred
- 2-3 years of electrical experience in residential, commercial, or industrial settings
- Exposure to new builds, renovations, and historical projects
- Associate degree in electrical technology a plus
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
