We are a rapidly expanding, publicly traded manufacturing company located in the Houston area. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Manager of International Tax with 10-15 years of U.S. international tax expertise. This hybrid role requires 3 days per week on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee U.S. international tax operations across up to ten countries.

• Participate in tax provisioning.

• Manage outsourced tax teams and one direct report.

• Prepare and assist with quarterly and annual tax provisions.

• Handle international tax issues related to audits.

• Ensure tax compliance and assist with transfer pricing as needed.

• Provide tax analysis for M&A activities.

• Identify and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax exposure.

Qualifications:

• 10-15 years of experience in U.S. international tax.

• Recent experience at a publicly traded company.

• Background in both corporate and public accounting.

• Proven ability to start contributing immediately.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA certification.

• Master’s degree in Taxation.
